Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total command over your email accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
